I have noticed significant decrease in output at certain times - one is when I was on anti-biotics for a sore throat. More practically, I noticed that my trips to the bathroom were halved after drinking a moderate amount of alcohol (fruit based).

What has been your experience with respect to alcohol consumption since you've had your J-Pouch (at least 6 months after surgery)?

Alcohol always seems to increase output
Alcohol always seems to decrease output
Alcohol seems to cause no change
I wouldn't even attempt to drink with my J-Pouch
