I was diagnosed with pouchitis a week ago and have been on Flagyl and Cipro since. Feeling SOOO much better already but for the past four nights I have had lots of trouble falling asleep and then waking up and not being able to get back to sleep. I have read many posts about people having trouble sleeping and was wondering if it has anything to do with the antibiotics.
