Recently back from a visit to Florida (I am a Brit living in Belgium), I heard a lot of TV ads for people to come forward if they took Accutane and have since been diagnosed IBD/Crohns/UC.

The maker Roche is being sued by many people and has paid out in a number of cases, often settling out of court. Whilst admitting no liability, Roche have now pulled Accutane off the market. http://www.aboutlawsuits.com/?s=accutane

I took Roaccutane for an extended period some years back and became clinically depressed. After some investigation I stopped taking it because I read it could be connected - now I am shocked to hear that it could have caused my UC(I now have a J Pouch). I am thinking of pursuing this further.
