Hey, just a ? about emptying. Please PM me if you have a good trick, I alway struggled with "on the knees", but couldn't find a better way.

Question:
What is the best, most comforable, efficient, and cleanly way to empty?

Choices:
On knees facing toilet?
Standing in front of toilet?
Sitting down?
