For those of you who have had both a loop and an end ileo, I was wondering how you felt about each. Some people have a horrible time with loop ileos, while others do not. I am really just wanting to know how much of a difference people think there is managing the two.

Question:
How much more difficult to manage (and live with) was your loop ileo vs. your end ileo?

Choices:
None. In fact, my end ileo was harder to live with.
Negligable. My end and loop were about the same to manage.
Moderate. My loop caused me problems, but nothing I or my ET nurse couldn't solve.
Extreme. My loop caused dehydration, weight loss, extreme skin issue, or other problems requiring doctors or hospitals.
