Just curious!
It always seems to me that we become more aware of people who have similar illnesses or situations to our own after we have been diagnosed or had surgery. And now I am curious because I was teaching the other day and for the first time I talked to someone who knew what a j-pouch was because a friend of hers has one.

Question:
Aside from forums like this one, have you ever known or met someone who has an ileostomy or j-pouch?
