Just curious...

Question:
Have you had to go on disability due to J-pouch surgery, IBD, complications with these, etc.?

Choices:
Disability b/c of J-pouch.
Disability b/c of J-pouch and Crohn's.
Disability b/c of other problems with J-pouch.
No disability but considering it.
Prior disability b/c of IBD.
