I was at a local mall Christmas shopping this weekend and noticed a teeny-bopper who had a t-shirt that had "HOLLISTER" emblazoned across the front. My first though was that is was odd to be wearing a company name known for ostomy and wound care. I then realized it was for Hollister Co., a lifestyle brand of Abercrombie & Fitch that targets the 14-18 year old market. I doubt she has an idea of the double entendre her shirt possessed, but I laughed nonetheless.

HAHAHAHA DUDE I used to wear all Hollister supplies, and then like 4 years later Hollister became wicked popular around here. I got to highschool and saw all these hollister sweatshirts and was like what the hell, I never knew they made clothes...weeeeiirrd. So now it's what everyone wears, and I always say "I wore hollister before you even knew what it was..."
I would just love to tell these teenyboppers that hollister is a company that makes poop holders. They would cry.

The first time I saw a teenybopper wearing a "Hollister" shirt I almost fainted! At the time I had my ostomy and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why you would want to have that written on your shirt......until I discovered it is actually an over-priced, Made in China clothing line!

I had the same reaction the first time I saw that store in our mall. I was laughing out loud standing in front of the store with my mom. If they only knew...

One day I will go into the store and ask for the hollister wafers and when the store clerk ask what I'm talking about lift up my shirt and make sure they see the hollister name on my bag. And make sure I wear the clear bag so they can see my POOP! I think I will do that on my 1 year anniversary Unless that is mean?
Haha. We were at the mall Saturday doing some shopping before dinner and I brought up this to my wife. She laughed and laughed. She said I should go up to one of those kids with a Hollister shirt on, show them my ileo and say I have on Hollister too!
