I was in the hospital recovering from my first surgery. The doctor had put a bag on me with a clip instead of a velcro closure. I was still learning how to deal with it and take care of it. My husband had just wheeled me around the hospital for awhile and when we got back to my room I stood up and apparently the clip was not fastened all the way. The clip popped off and needless to say it was a mess. The first thing out of my mouth was...Awww s*** and then my husband and I started cracking up. That moment stands out in my mind because it was the moment I learned to laugh at myself and the moment when I learned that s*** happens, but it's much better when someone else has to clean it up! LOL
