Anyone who's been to India (like me a few weeks ago) knows the answer to that one. Just dont.

It's hard to imagine for Westerners like us. But about 500 million Indians (at least) use the no toilet paper technique every day.

Once you've done that (an applied about a litre of hand sanitiser) you'll actually feel slightly better. You've depended on having T.P. there, and now (if worst comes to worst) it isn't. You'll survive.

My purse is a Mrs Mcgiver! You need it I have it...toilet paper, seat covers, empty bottle for water, hand wipes, sanitizer, zip locks etc....just call my name when in the stall and I will be there.....
