I am on a low fiber diet still...and it hasn't changed all that much (I didn't eat every much breakfast, but that was the only change).
I also drink a lot of water, at least 8 oz every hour I am awake, which is why I thought it just might be that.

I think you should try adding some fiber now (soluble, as in Metamucil, oat bran [e.g., granola], bananas), but not a huge amount all at once. Your intestines will be able to absorb more of that water after you get things thickened up. You will probably notice considerably more gas, but that should settle down within a few days. Your electrolytes might be getting very out of whack with all this water and diarrhea, and even if you are hydrated (how's urine output?), you might not feel well (any nausea, dizziness, fatigue, headache?).

I'll try. I felt fine until this but now I feel a little sick like...which makes me wonder if I am making myself feel sick to explain the symptoms. I'll also call my doctor tomorrow. thanks for the suggestions. So many new things to learn and old habits die hard. I want soup

I would try Imodium with a banana in the morning and see if that helps, also snacking on pretzels/crackers while you are drinking to help absorb water. I was told that you can drink as much water as possible and it will still come out fast if there's nothing to help absorb it. I started Imodium while in the hospital after surgery and now take from 6-8 a day to help thicken things up.

Thanks for all the words of advice.
I was concerned because a friend said if it was liquid it was diarrhea, but it wasn't and my doctor said it was nothing to worry about.
