I have had my pouch since 98 but I am noticing when I go to the bathroom and wipe my stomach starts cramping and then there is a big bulge on the left side of my stomach and I can't get back up until it stops. This keeps on happening. I try to bend my back back to ease out of the cramp. Is there medicine or what could it be. It just happened and I got chance to be able to walk but now it keeps on doing it as I stand and that's a first. Maybe it's a hernia.
