Souhini can you elaborate a bit more? Why does removing the haemmoroid affect your pouch?

i have hemorrhoids but the general surgeon I went to refused to remove them due to the fact that they would never get the chance to heal properly with me going to the bathroom 6-8 times a day. He never mentioned anything about them affecting the pouch, just that they wouldn't heal properly.
