My kidneys are aching, my husband thinks it's dehydration...I have a kidney stone in my left side but I just saw my kidney doctor and she said that it hasn't changed or moved. Could it be dehydration? Anyone else have this? help!

I have experienced the same when I am dehydrated. Especially, when I am sleeping late and don’t drink much during the night. It usually goes away after I get up, move around and have a glass or two to drink.
It took me a while to figure out that it was dehydration. Did some searches on net and found out that it was one of the effects of dehydration.

Be careful with the Gatorade. It has too much sugar!!
