Well, your pouch is just small intestine, so no, tanning will not hurt your pouch. However, it will hurt your skin--to include skin cancer, wrinkles, brown age spots... I used to pop into the tanning bed here and there but now that I am older I am realizing it is not a very smart thing to do. I will admit though, that the cold winter weather is getting to me and it would be really nice to get some warm sunshine.

Thanks I thought it was ok but when i saw the 3-d pic I thought something was connected between the anus and the intestine. I know the skin stuff I actually have only tanned one year out of my 35 but I will take the risk this year. lol

I never had a problem with tanning in a salon.
But, when I go abroad i.e to hot countries I cannot expose my tum to the sun as my pouch goes mad that night
