I wonder if it's an adhesion. That's all I can think it can be. I would assume it's causing a bit of a blockage at the site and that's the pain you're feeling. It may go away on it's own. But give your doctor a call just to make sure. kathy

I had pain like that after my first surgery, about 5 weeks out. One of the internal stitches was infected and had formed an abcess; once that was drained I was hunky-dorey. No way to tell on your own what it is; definitely give the doc a call. Gin
