Mena, when coming out of the shower, instead of drying your butt with a towel, my surgeon says to use a hair dryer on on low to medium to dry yourself. That way you are not rubbing irritated skin off. Hope that this helps. Drew

Why don't you try my advice? - you can get handheld bidets that conveniently mount on your toilet for like $30 or $40. You can use them to instantly rinse yourself as you use the toilet - don't give the stool time to sit on your skin and burn you.
