Hi everyone. I was hoping someone might know what this is. I have a fistula that goes from my pouch to the outside and now just below it is forming something that looks exactly like a mouth ulcer...could this become another fistula? I have indertiminate crohn's/colitis and have been having problems with fistulas in the anal area ever since my pouch was formed. Anyone who knows anything please let me know so I have some clue as to what to expect before I can reach the doctor. Thanks as always!

No, not likely. It sounds like it is just excoriation from the caustic drainage.

What should I put on it?...if anything. When I put some calmoseptime on it it wouldn't fill in where the center of the ulcer was.
