I'd put my money on cuffitis. The penasa must not be getting to it enough. You may need mesalamine suppositories or hydrocortisone suppositories. Jan

I had blood in my stools yesterday and freaked! It wasn't just a few drops like it sometimes is - I blame those on hemorroids. This time it was entwined in the stools (sorry to be so graphic!). Anyway, I feel fine, no pain, no fever, not increased BMs...and today I haven't seen any blood at all. Go figure. The sight of blood can plunge us into a panic after years of UC/Crohns. Good luck with your doc appointment!
