It has been almost 3 years since my TD, so far this is my first concern. My urge to go to the bathroom has gotten painful, and more often about every 2 hours with less output. No blood, still have 'formed' stool, no stomach pain.

amie,sounds like it could be pouchitis maybe your doctor can get you on some flagyll(antibiotics)that would sort it out im sure

I would wonder if you have developed an anal stricture. Diarrhea is a hallmark symptom for pouchitis, so I would be less inclined to think it was that when you have formed stools. Another thought would be early cuffitis.
