this starteed for me last night. i felt fine during the day but last night i started having a little abdominal cramping and diarrhea. But this morning it's been getting worse. i've even been vomiting. i am 200 miles from my surgeon though, and 6 months post takedown. what should i do?

Go to your local ER. Get IV fluids and get checked out in case there is any kind of blockage. But if you are having diahrrea it probably isn't a blockage, but more a stomach flu, the addition of vomitting complicates things. As much as the ER is a pain in the neck, you should get checked out as soon as possible.
