Please go to General Discussion to read a new topic I posted. It is in reference to the bacterial inbalance in your gut that can be helped if you eat foods like yogurt. I wrote (copied) part of this article in this post. I am a firmly agree with taking probiotics. After my surgery I had pouchitus...I was given Flaygl and here we went again...so my Vet who treats my animals told me about PROBIOTICS that are given to livestock and other animals. B*I*N*G*O!!! Eeker I never have had a problem with bacteria inblance since my surgery which was 1996! Big Grin
