Flap and squeak all you want! This is what these forums are for, right? Also, it sounds like you may have experienced what I noticed about myself (and now Jan's Smiler summer vacations), that once the stress is over, the symptoms or flares occur. I notice that for migraines, too. Lucky us. Roll Eyes

UPDATE: Started taking sulfasalazine two days ago, and have not seen any side effects, so that's good news. I'm taking 2 g daily for the first week and overlapping it with a Canasa suppository at night, and then after the first week or two I'll switch over to 1 g daily, with NO suppository.

Wheeeeeee! Good times.

I'd give it at least 2-4 weeks at 2gm a day without the Canasa before dropping the dose.
