Recently i am having regular incontinence. I am thinking if i have a fistula. Can someone tell me what are the symptoms of a fistula. Does anyone know any GI doctor in Illinois who knows about J-pouch I dont think my doctor knows much about jpouch I am a patient at Northwestern Memorial Faculty Foundation GI clinic.

Depending on the type of fistula, you may get feces drainage from strange orfices. I had an anal fistula, and incontinence was not a symptom-only pain in the general area. However, incontinence is a HUGE red flag for me that I have pouchitis-especially nighttime accidents, but daytime ones, too.
