Hi All
A quick update here just incase anyone else is haveing similar symptoms.This relates to my topic post , Need your Thoughts;.I used Dens advice about going for a looser stool,a minor adjustment in my diet fixed that,I just added more veggies as Jan said. Then, Jan talked about how all these meds can slow us down and some times confuse the entire picture,so ,I stopped all pain meds ,I now onlt take 500mg of cipro a day,As for what Lori said on a stricture,you were dead on,I can hardly even put in a supository without falling over in agony,they are now finding me a early appointment at Mount sini to correct this.
So,were am I at now,I feel awsome,some discompfort at times,yes my fissures as Jan mentioned are some what there,but almost got rid of them again.Thanks for giving me your opinion on all this ,you 3 have realy made a difference here,something I,ve been trying to explain to a surgion with little luck,looks like it was unraveled by your input.
Sometimes our answer can be a simple as removeing a sliver from your finger,small,but effective.I simply did not see my picture as you all did,thanks for reading ,and careing.

That's awesome Matt I did not help you but I'm happy you were able to get some worthy and insightful advice here. That's what this site is for! Good luck with your ventures.

Hopefully your surgeon will be able to help you out! I'm glad you're feeling a bit better, and you have a good attitude to boot.

Good news Matt! Sometimes it is just so easy for the docs to throw medications at a symptom without thinking through the causation and treating it first. But, sometimes it's our fault too, because we don't give them all the information they need. Of course, half the time we aren't sure what is important and what is insignificant.

That is why support groups work so well. It's like a big brainstorming session.
