Is it a problem that i eat one small meal about 3pm then it takes till 2am to fully empty my puch with help of prune juice taken bout 5pm?

Sorry not enuf info there lol like it takes 6 or 7 toilet visits to fully empty my pouch n pass all the gas and i take prune juice bout 8pm not 5 lol, anyways it makes me misserable doing it all the time

Have you been checked to see if you have a stricture and/or need to be dialated?

Also do you take any digestive enzimes, like beano? They might help with the gas.

My j-pouch doesn't like being empty. I get much more gas if I don't have something to eat every three to four hours. I don't know how you are doing it on one meal a day....a small one, too!
