Has anyone experienced severe pain in the right side of the body? Pain is centralized in the pelvic area. This just happened about an 1hr and 1/2 ago while eating dinner.

If it was higher, say under the ribs, I'd put my money on gallbladder. But, with the location you state, it is more likely a bowel kink from adhesions or possibly an ovarian cyst.
