Anyone resolve a problem involving changing time zones when flying into a new country and having increased BMs at night as a result. I am being driven crazy by multiple night BMs since arrival in Australia from the US. Any tips for minimizing the problem would be appreciated.

Hi Bowella,

How long ago was it that you landed in Australia? In my experience it can take a few days to adjust to a time zone and get over the jetlag. Once your body has adjusted your digestive system will follow.

Hope you have a great time over there. Smiler
