Here is my rant of the week. How can one of the biggest and most prestigious surgical groups have the lead doctor out of the country for a week and his second in command out on vacation till the middle of August. Oh, yes, and the GI group at this same hosptial also has had 2 lead doctors out at the same time. So now, if I have a problem this week I will be at the mercy of a newbie.

Be grateful for newbies..in France they just close all of the units from mid-July to Sept 5th!
6 Weeks with no team at all. They warn you not to get sick in the summer. Dito for Christmas...2 week blackout period. I take a newbie over a NO-be anytime Sharon It could be worse...oh, wait..it already has been! then I guess it can only get better from here.... |
