the wedding was wonderful. Our son got married on a nice paddle wheel boat Saturday night. I was so afraid I'd spend the night in the restroom &/or dragging myself around in pain but it went well and I only used the restroom once!
I rested most of the day before the main event and think I overdid it with the immodium. It worked but every since the wedding I've been paying for it. Note to self don't take too much immodium as it makes the stool harder and more painful to pass!
So thank all of you hikers, campers, runners etc. that suggest taking extra immodium to get through an event!

Congratulations!!! So happy you were able to enjoy this special event, even if you are paying the price now. The unpleasant aftermath isn't what you'll remember! So happy for you.

That is fantastic news! Sometimes the worry beforehand is worse than the actual event we're worried about. Like our bodies rally and won't accept anything less. I read about that so often on here, maybe there's something to it. I agree, you'll remember the wedding, not what you're going through now. Congratulations!!

great news. Even better to participate in a family event than a personal athetic event. At least in my estimation. Thats awesome you were able to enjoy it. And in a size smaller dress too! w00t!
