Fantastic news Soph, I am still waiting for my scars /belly to settle down but i am already thinking about possibility of a tidy up operation at some future date. I seem to have a lopsided little belly ,,probabaly where the stoma was for 11 years and where the bag would pull this side down. So at some future date i ll have it done . Its nice to hear your good news
Love your bum |

Sounds very good Spohie! I have a loop ostomy, butwith my large incision being opened 4 times and with that lopsided belly bulge it drives me nuts. I work out but nothing seems to get rid of it.
Has anyone had a tuck or scar repair surgery with an ostomy? I always thought I would never have a vouluntarty surgery like that, and really am happy I am just plain healthy but would love to get rid of the extra bump there/scar etc |

Hi again,
If you're interested in looking, I posted 3 pictures of my stomach on General Discussion This message has been edited. Last edited by: Soph, "Today I'm 51 % sweetheart and 49 % dragon*. So don't push it. (*Percentages subject to change without notice.)" |

Another thing - the little skin fold at the ends of the new incision that runs from side to side - I thought it would be corrected in the autumn, but it has disappeared on its own! Once the swelling went down, it went away
