Hey guys a little change of tune here with me. Just wanted to say I'm feeling so GREAT lately. I was laid off of work a few months ago, long story short, my friend owns her own dog walking business, so I decided to help her out and I've been walking dogs while I search for a new job. I walk 4-5 miles a day and I feel so awesome! I have so much energy, and feel more level headed. Maybe the time alone with such cute and loving animals make my day! I have lost 17lbs since and feel so much healthier. Still on the prowl for a new job and its still a damper on my mind but I'll hang in there and hopefully find something soon. I am still dehydrated, drink plenty of water but maybe I need more. I always have water with me. That's my only concern now that I need to conquer. I've been so depressed for so long and I can't WAIT for summer! I'm doing the Avon 2 day Chicago walk for Breast Cancer in May. I feel the need to help others as much as others have helped me and whatever I can contribute I hope what I can give will do someone some good or give some hope.
For the update on my son he had an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and a liver biopsy Friday. They said the scopes looked good, a little inflamation near the anus but we have to wait for the biopsy results on Wednesday. Praying the liver biopsy will determine why his liver enzymes are high. He is feeling really good since all of the tests. Keeping really good faith. I'll be praying he is well, I'm just glad I have all the strength I need to take care of him. I thank God everyday. Thanks to all of you for all the support and wonderful advice all of you have given me.

Lisa Ann I'm glad you're feeling so good. You have 2 great things going - the walking and the dogs. I confess I get annoyed with my dog sometimes (he's a bit of a barker) but when you need those adoring eyes, it's the best. And walking seems to be key. I hope to start slow and build up to some good walking after my surgery. I also cannot wait til the weather warms up!

That's great; hopefully once you do find the job you're looking for you'll be able to keep up the walking or something physical in any case. And I hope your son will be alright as well.

My son just turned 11 in January. I just hate the waiting part till we find out the results. You know you always think the worst....I'm trying to stay positive. He noticed blood and mucus twice in his stool in the past year. I'm hoping it's nothing serious. I'm concerned about his liver enzymes the most. Just really strange how they have been elevated and not knowing the reason just bothers me so much. I"m just glad all the testing is done.
I definatley can't wait for the warm weather! When I finally get my job all lined up, I will be volunteering at a dog shelter to help walk the dogs. My friend already volunteers there and she just loves it. So that is my plan after I get settled in with a new job. I love walking, it feels sooooo good.
Hey Anna you gota catchy first and last name there!!! (hehehehehehe!)
