It really is all about MODERATION and chewing. MODERATION is not defined by doing something every day!LOL
You can try again ome day a small amount and find you will tolerate them.
I have done it with grapes, raw carrots, mushrooms, popcorn, celery, just to name a few.
I am cautious and rarely indulge if I can't stop.

Oh Pulllease.....how many time have we ate something that we knew was bad for us, but just couldn't resist, even knowing it would make us sick? I have more than once...I just throw caution to the wind and say to hell with it, and pay the price later...I hate all these dietary restrictions, and it's nice, if even for a moment, to eat like I use to...that's why I always have imodium with me, because, I'm an idiot! (LOL!!!!)....as for the nuts, I find that if I chew them well, I have NO problems with them, it's the dairy that kills me!, and no amount of chewing in the world can fix that!...oh well, c'est la vie, I'm alive, and that's all that matters!..Happy munching!

Cheers!
Eric Razzer

I think my biggest problem is being young and beautiful, it's my biggest problem 'cause I've never been young and beautiful, now I've been beautiful, and god knows I've been young, but never the 'tween have met!!!!!!!

Had some peanuts(o.k. more than some) last night while at a steakhouse for dinner.
I was in pain for a few hours and it felt like I was pooping glass all day.
I thought I chewed the nuts well(famous last words Eeker Roll Eyes Mad).

Actually, my pouch and stomach don't mind peanuts. I love them...really salted! However, my butt is what suffers! Burn, baby burn! (I eat them anyway!)

I have no problem with them.

As a matter of fact, I had what felt like an entire 1/2 of one in my bag yesterday that I made my wife feel... Smiler

Haha- she's a good sport about it.

She knows that if she didn't feel it, I wouldn't stop bugging her about it...

Jen, I can't believe Todd made you do that! Only a guy would think that was cool! That in my mind is as bad as holding a woman's head under the duvet when he's passed some eggy gas! Eeker Oh wait..... most men DO think that's cool! Razzer

It's a good job that most of us women don't follow suit or there would be some really grossed out men out there! There's not a man I know with the same constitution as we have. Most of them would balk at a poopy baby's nappy never mind a nutty stoma bag! Roll Eyes Big Grin

Todd, I'm glad that it passed through even though you did feel the need to share.....

Take care Big Grin

Cool Shell Cool

One glass of red wine per day is good for the heart..... it's just that mine's a big heart so I need a very big glass!!!! D-| Cheers! Wink
