I just got back from Cleveland where I went to the Cleveland Clinic. I have to say they are FANTASTIC. They were kind, informed, helpful, efficient and every other good thing I can think of. And my surgery date (step two of three) will be on March 26.

I'm so thankful I will have a surgeon I can trust. When I had my colon removed (emergency), not only did my Nashville, TN hospital almost kill me because of poor communication (had a ruptured colon for at least 17 hours before anyone helped me- the radiologist "forgot" to tell intensive care) the doctor who performed it did a great job but he was so arrogant and downright abusive in his beside manner, I just couldn't believe it.

Anyway, what a huge difference! They were very fast, but efficient. The doctors were so personable. Everyone seemed to know their stuff! I can't recommend Cleveland Clinic enough. Surgery is scary, but I'm so glad I have a place I feel like I can trust.
