Had my First surgery on Oct 1 and my Take down Dec 4 all in 06. Going to do the Pat Tillman Run this Saturday its more of a fun run 4.2 miles but more than I could ever do during all the years of fighting/living with UC.

What a blast and even though Im not a big fitness guy or huge runner I enjoyed every minute of this event. Took me forever lol 66:04 minutes but to think back about how far I have come since my surgery it was an awesome accomplishment for me

 Just goes to show what an amazing thing the human body and mind is!  Congratulations and keep up the good work.  Shell One glass of red wine per day is good for the heart..... it's just that mine's a big heart so I need a very big glass!!!! D-| Cheers!  |
