First a Rave: B-Sure Anal Leakage Pads are GREAT! They are discreet, comfortable, and absorbent.
Now a Rant: They delivered them to my doorstep in a larger than necessary box clearly decorated with product info. I came home with my teenaged nieces, who were excited to see what "goodies" that were delivered, and were puzzled while reading the box. On every side reads "B-Sure Anal Leakage Pads"
Ugh, my only redemption is that I can wrap a gift in the box and give it to someone else, maybe a niece. Why not spread the embarrassment, LOL? Laughter is the best medicine, right?

That is the trouble with mail order, They want to get as much free advertising as possible, There are somethings a person wants to keep private and companys selling products such as this should know that, I think I would write to them and let them know (although I am sure they do already) They just have "NO CLASS" I agree Laughter can be good medicine, but I do not see anything funny about this. Good Luck Den

Ok, I have been hoping someone would come up with a pad for fecal incontinence . . . but how do these work? Do you slip it between your cheeks or does it go on your underwear like most pads? It does not look like it would protect much attached to your briefs . . .

Call me dumb . . . but I can not visualize how they are worn. Sorry, I need more info!!!

If you click on the link at the top of this page it will take you to their site and they have a description of how it works. They look like butterfly-shaped pads that you fold and place between the butt cheeks.

Smiler I am pleased to inform everyone that the company that sells B-Sure Anal Leakage pads is great.
Someone from the company saw my post and sent me a letter of apology. They offered to send a box free of charge in a plain shipper to make up for the embarrassment. Of course sending a free product I'll already buy is not necessary, but the gesture is amazing. What a nice surprise to get excellent customer service.
I am often disappointed dealing with so many retailers and their lack of compassion and empathy, but not this one. They're aces!

I agree,
They have been very receptive to my suggestions and when I read your post I forwarded it to them.
I love finding and supporting companies that really care about customer service.
We have a winner here!
Thanks.
Bill

I'll chime in here too. When I ordered some of the pads, they also gave me a bunch of free samples of some of their other products (various towelettes). Much appreciated!

annieq_nocolon,

I recently ordered some of the B-sure pads. I'm so grateful to you that my order came in an unmarked package. Somehow they sent my order to my previous address (I moved late last year). I was so dreading the meeting with the new owners of the home when I picked the package up! I didn't know exactly how to explain it. But, thanks to you, they never knew what was in the box!
I, too, agree that these pads are great. I used to wear pads that didn't always stay in place. B-sure pads work very well; I just had to get use to the feeling that I had a constant wedgy!
