Hi, I know I haven't posted in awhile but I need some help if possible.

We have just heard that we might be moving abroad, to Cyprus. And I just need your help on how to handle my medical history, does anyone know what the hospitals or specialists are like in cyprus? Do you think I should obtain my medical notes from my hospital to take over with me?

I would most definatly take copies of all your records. Your reg. doc can't remember all the details of your case let alone someone starting new. LoriP

I'd bring a copy of your medical records, but other than that don't worry. I know for a fact that Greece has good knowhow as far as j-pouches and UC/Crohns are concerned - I'm assuming you're moving to the Greek side. There are lots of hospitals in Cyprus, including a British military one. I've investigated Greek facilities since we dream of moving to Rhodes one day. My cousin's husband grew up in Cyprus and when he talks about life there, I wonder what on earth I'm doing up in the very north of Europe. I hope you get to move there (assuming you'd like to) - enjoy it!

Will you be moving close to Dave's dad? I know how much you love visiting him and don't blame you one little bit for wanting to move to Cyprus!
