Does anyone know a GI with an expertise in IBD and J Pouches in the northern virginia area? I have tried a few who did not have that many patients with IBD or who had the surgery. I am having a lot of residual issues since the surgery and am trying to find someone who has the experience with our condition. Thanks!!

It's been a while since you posted this so you've probably already found someone, but I can recommend Dr. Felice Banson in Warrenton/Manassas as a GI doctor and Dr. Lynda Dougherty in Fairfax as a colorectal surgeon. They are the ones I see and I am VERY happy.
