I moved from Alaska to Idaho recently and began the J pouch surgery process relatively shortly after arrival. Opportunity for exploration has been a bit limited . I finally completed the ileostomy takedown surgery 21 Nov and decided that since sleep is a luxury at this time, I'd see who else out there has endured this unique brand of fun and adventure.
