Ellen has stated an important fact. The most important thing is to do SOMETHING and make yourself well again. Hopefully your surgeon will help you to decide what procedure will be best for you, and NOT which is easiest for him or her to do. Make sure you go with someone with lots of experience - even if it means traveling. That is MOST important.
