All men with K-pouches and an enlarged prostate gland. What symptoms do you have and what meds do you take? I take Flomax, Oxyputinin and Proscar.

Since in our case the rectum has been sewn up how do you go about a prostate exam. Is it just a MRI or CT scan to check? thought that may be a good bit of info when I have to cross that bridge.

You should get a PSA test once a year to check your prostate. Levels should be below 4.
