Do any of you ever get trapped gas and find it difficult to burp or belch it out? If so, do you use anything like Gas-X or better?

Thanks,

Yes, I have alot of gas. When my pouch gets too full and not able to empty, I get gas trapped and it goes up and then it takes a while to get it all out. I don't take gas x, I just try to empty and drink alot of water when eating gassy foods (it seems to help digestion, reducing the gas.). But alot of kpouchers use Gas X, may be worth a try!

Give gas x a try, it won't hurt. It never seems to do anything for me though.
