| It all depends on what and when...in the morning I usually do prune/grape/orange juice & coffee + vits and water...wash out the pouch nicely and then eat real food around 11am (usually a protien & veggies or a cheese sandwich), graze through out the day (sweets!)& coffee or fruit and a protien & green veggie for dinner. 6-8xs a day for intubation unless I eat too much/many fibers and have to keep picking things out or overdo the juice and then things are running... If I want to cut down on intubation like during a road trip, I stop the prune juice, eat pasta and whole grain breads and rice etc and cut down to 3--4xs a day. If I am worried about having to intubate while away on a plane or road trip I take gravol (a motion sickness pill) and it slows everything down nicely. Sharon
It could be worse...oh, wait..it already has been! then I guess it can only get better from here....
