Do any of you ever feel pressure in the rectal area? My rectum has been closed up since 1979...and through the years I've had this feeling but the pressure has been getting stronger lately. It lasts a short while and goes away, but I find myself taking a deep breath (or two) while it's being a pain in the a** . Am I the only one?

I am a long-time Kock poucher. There are times I get these 'pressure' feelings in my closed up rectum. I know others who get them too. It is sort of like getting your leg amputated but you can still feel your foot ache.
I know I'm not a K-poucher but I also have a Barbie butt and I do get that pressure from time to time. It's been 3 years since my j-pouch was removed and the back door sewn shut. I don't know if it's because of the problems I'm having at the moment but the pressure is more like a pain now rather than the "urge to go" feeling that it used to be.
Isn't the human body a wonderful thing?
