So I did a test run of Lactaid, the chewables, with a Coldstone milkshake (which was delicious!)

I still got bad gas and had to empty an hour later. The directions did say I could take 2.

I want to eat lots of gelato in Italy next week!!!!! I bought two boxes of the Lactaid

Now you know they make gelato out of different stuff over there, don't you? I hoping it's stuff that causes no problems. I think that their milk can be stored on the shelf for weeks - no refrigeration. So maybe that means something, don't you think? I'm very jealous. I'm dreaming of those gelatos and cappucinos.
