does anyone think there is a possibility that this happens with a percentage of patients?
even without crohns diagnosis?
i haven't read of anyone having their k pouch converted to an ileostomy for reasons as such.

You would need some sort of small bowel disease for this to occur because it is not foreign tissue, but your own tissue. So, there cannot be a host vs. graft reaction.
