Just wondering does your output follow the same pattern as your ostomy after k-pouch surgery.

Once you heal from K-pouch surgery and you allow the pouch to expand slowly and gradually - you will find that eventually your K-pouch will empty less than a standard ostomy. Depending on the size of your new pouch and the types of food you eat - you may find that you have to intubate just 3-5 times per day.
