I haven't been on the boards a lot lately. I decided to check in and see how everyone is doing. My kock pouch is working very well, I have to keep stress under control or it does affect my pouch in a bad way. I hope everyone is doing well and healthy. Sometimes you just have to take one day at a time if you are having trouble. Prayers to everyone for health, happiness and remember tomorrow things will get better, just take it day by day if need be.
