Strange, my e-mail shows a Private Message, but when I log in to check/reply, there is nothing there.

It just says:
Private Topics for Jenivi
You are not a participant in any private topics.



Am I doing something wrong?

If you have a private message waiting, you should be able to link directly to it from the email, or there should be a flashing notification of new private message when you log on to the discussion board.

You can also access old messages by just going to J-Pouch Community- Personal Zone- Private Messaging. But it sounds like you already have gotten there.

I am not sure why you would be getting email notification if there is no new message. I'll try sending you one to see if it is working.

Unless the person who sent you the original personal message deleted it before you had the chance to open it.

I got the same thing happening - a flashing e-mail notification and no message.
