| is there a way to set the time for email notifications?

i want to be able to get my daily email notification before i go to bed so i can read any updates. it came at 4AM last night - is that standard? i would like to be able to set it earlier if that is possible, if anyone knows how.

by the way, i know there is an immediate notification option, but i don't like being distracted during the day.

hey IHC...I can't figure out how to turn off email notifications. I'd rather just check the site. In my searches on how to turn off email notifications, I didn't find any time adjustments. Good luck.
